Whether you have a group of 40 or more or a smaller group of travelers, we are here to help with all of the arrangements!
What We Can Offer Your Group of 40 Or More…
- Your own motor coach with pickup at your departure point
- You have your own driver and escort
- Choose an itinerary from one of our pre-arranged trips for the current calendar year to take advantage of our contractual pricing with the venues
- Or we can customize the tour to meet your specifications
- We handle all of the attraction, transportation and hotel arrangements
- Arrangements need to be made at least 90 days in advance
- We provide you with a full color flier with the trip details at no additional cost
We Can Work With Smaller Groups of Less Than 40 In Several Different Ways…

You may decide to select one of our already planned tours and have your group add on

We will hold your groups space for up to 45 days before the trip

With 15 or more guests we can pick up at your location (if geographically feasible)

Our office can take your reservations and payments or the group leader can handle those details
If You Are A Leader of 40 Or More Guests…
- Our office will work closely with you for your groups specifications
- You can determine how the reservations and payments are handled
- Input on the flier
- We provide complimentary tours to group leaders!
