When You Are Traveling With Us On A Tour, These Are The Terms & Conditions That Apply To Your Participation In The Tour.

SORRY, NO REFUNDS: If your departure for a day trip is within 30 days, or your overnight trip is within 45 days we cannot provide you with a refund. In the event of a medical or other personal emergency, and with proper notification, All Around Tours staff will attempt to transfer tickets to customers on the waiting list. Refunds will be issued after a full transfer has been made. Transfers are performed at no cost, but are not guaranteed. All individual tickets are fully transferable to a substitute passenger or can be resold to others. Funds cannot be transferred from “trip-to-trip” or “date-to-date”. Refunds will be issued if All Around Tours cancels the trip, if the event promoter cancels a ticketed event or if the Guest is outside of the reservation window. When possible, funds are returned in the same manner as the original payment was made.
PAYMENTS: To guarantee your reservation it is your responsibility to make sure we have received your payment 30 days prior for day trips and 45 days prior for overnight trips or you may be removed from the trip. Payment methods accepted are: Checks, Cash, MasterCard, Visa, travelers check or money orders. Please make all checks payable to All Around Tours.
RESERVATIONS: Tours may sell out quickly, so please book as early as possible. Reservations can be made by phone, in person or by email. If a tour is sold out we will place your name on a waiting list. Reservations are not guaranteed without payment.
GRATUITIES: All Around Tours’ prices include all taxes and gratuities for all included meals and luggage handling at hotels. Driver and tour director gratuities are NOT included but are greatly appreciated.
INSURANCE: All Around Tours highly recommends trip insurance for any of our trips, day trips and especially multi-day trips. We work with a trusted third party vendor that can provide an excellent policy that may cover pre-existing conditions and cancel for any reason. TRAVEL ETIQUETTE: As you will be part of a group tour, please be considerate to your fellow passengers and be on time for all activities and departures. Refunds will not be given for passengers who are late for any departures. Passengers will be responsible for their own transportation if they miss the bus. Due to the close proximity of other passengers, please also be considerate with use of perfumes, colognes and scented lotions. Please keep phone conversations on the bus to a minimum and do not use the speakerphone as a courtesy to your fellow passengers. The cost of the bus trips reserves you ONE seat on the bus. Please be considerate and do not put your things in the seat beside you. ~ All Around Tours reserves the right to terminate the participation of any person or group whom management considers objectionable and/or who disrupts in any way the relaxed atmosphere of our tours.
TOBACCO PRODUCTS: Smoking and the use of tobacco products including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, “snuff”, electronic cigarettes and other tobacco substitutes are strictly prohibited from use on motor coaches.
BAGGAGE: For all overnight trips, only one (1) checked bag per person is allowed. Maximum bag weight should be no more than fifty (50) pounds.
TRAVEL AT OWN RISK: All Around Charters & Tours cannot prevent you [or your child(ren)] from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading any virus or illness while utilizing All Around’s services or premises. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to utilize All Around’s services and/or enter onto the company’s premises you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of an illness. By making your reservation you have hereby chosen to accept this risk for yourself and/or your children in order to utilize the company’s services.
RESPONSIBILITY: All Around Tours acts solely as an agent in arranging hotel accommodations and other services. It does not assume any liability for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay due to any act or default of any person of any other company or any act of omission, negligence or any other fault of any other sub-agent, carrier, restaurant, hotel or tour operators or suppliers providing this service, and shall not be liable for any inconvenience due to weather, traffic, accidents, acts of God or acts of terrorism. All Around Tours tries to follow the description and itinerary of each tour as close as possible. Occasionally things happen that are beyond our control, so we reserve the right to change the itinerary or content of a tour to best protect the safety, comfort and enjoyment of the majority of the tour participants.
