The Central Florida Zoo and it’s 116 acres is home to more than 350 animals representing over 100 species, from tiny, yet mighty scorpions to graceful giraffes and even the endangered Indian Rhino!

 

Aside from their residents with feathers, scales and fur, the zoo is home to many unique and native plants. You’ll explore a wide variety of annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees that are selected
to attract butterflies, hummingbirds and other pollinators. Throughout the grounds you’ll enjoy beautiful gardens, abundant wildflowers, majestic trees and more.

Upon arrival you’ll enjoy a special animal encounter. “Fun With Animals” is where you’ll enjoy meeting a variety of amazing animals up close.

You’ll also enjoy the Learning Safari Tour where you will discover fascinating facts about the Zoo’s animals, including their natural history, habitats, status in the wild and the roles Zoos play in their survival. On this Safari-style tour, you’ll travel across the world to meet animals from far and wide, learning about their unique adaptations, natural behaviors, special skills and much more.

This is a wonderful way to see animals and botanicals with lunch on your own!

To Book Your Fun Trip With All Around, You Need To Call Our Tour Office Mon-Fri 9:00am to 4:00pm at... (941) 488-9393

On the day of your trip we have several Pick-Up Locations throughout Manatee, Sarasota & Charlotte Counties for you to drive to and park your car.  We will pick you up at one of these locations and drop you back off there when your tour has ended. You can pick the location that is most convenient for you.
